Oui je pense qu'il a bel et bien raison, meme si peut-etre (au pif) la barre des 10 % pourrait etre atteinte...bref, il y a encore du pain sur la planche, 90% ?...(ah oui, sacree 'consti-(il est ou le 'tu'?)-pation' europeenne...!)
